Deep within each person is the seed of thier greatness. With courage and resolve, this awesome seed grows into a field of crops.
Talent is not enough, skill is essential, before jumping into any venture, find someone who has succeeded in that venture and take the time to learn from them and understand. The time you spend learning is nevwr wasted; it pays big dividends down the road so don't short-change yourself.
