If not mistaken, it has always been like that... The first tag can't be changed... So have to be extra, extra, extra careful when we are filling up the tag...

I had always problems with editing posts when people already up voted them. I think thats how it works here or maybe a bug. Not really sure :(
when someone has voted, your post deletion would cause other's vote to vanish, which cannot be allowed since you don't have such authority. so it is understandable and hence not a bug. that's my understanding.
