Fitness 365: Day 168
So just got back from the weights and must say I am feeling mighty good!
So for the workout:
3 Sets of 10 Biceps (20 Lbs)
3 Sets or 10 Triceps (10 Lbs)
3 Sets of 15 Pushups
Not quite done yet, going off to an expo, and I am just more or less going to treat that as my cardio for the day, as I will be walking around for about 8 hours!
