Back to Basics:

For the Workout:

2 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
4 Sets of 2 Minute Jump Rope
2 sets of 10 Sit-ups
2 sets of 10 Push-ups
2 sets of 10 Squats
2 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
2 Sets of 6 Triceps 20 Lbs

Love it! if you have a day where you are out of ideas or don't have a ton of space/time to workout I just posted a full body workout that can be done anywhere and it doesn't require any space at all!
