I would like to take this opportunity to share with my friends who is doing #plank-contest . I am trying to emphasize, there's no right or wrong in doing planks as long as you don't hurt yourself. Many would say do this don't do that, that is entirely their preference. You can always tell them to screw themselves. There are so many varieties available where one can choose which part of the muscle to squeeze more. One can go lower, wider, close arm, wide open, knee planks, full planks, easy planks, high arch planks, low arch planks, it doesn't really matter. But if you're the one who wanted to burn belly fat, you'll have to specifically SEARCH for a position where your stomach suffer the most and maintain that position to continue squeeze your core instead of focusing to much on your limbs. Last but not least, exercise is only a small portion in losing weight or become slim, like 80% of the effort has to go to the kitchen. Don't put too high expectation on getting slim by doing one minute exercise for 30 days.

由于最近 #plank-contest 搞的如火如荼,我今天想要和大家分享一下关于平板支撑这个运动。我想和大家分享一下,其实平板运动没有对或错,只要你进行得顺利而没有伤害到自己的筋骨或肌肉就没有大问题。我们常常听到别人的争议,这样能做,那样不能做?其实这些都是一些个人而且主观的言论,我们大可不必理会他们。因为一个平板支撑就可以变成很多种针对身体不同部位的版本。可以高一点,低一点,手肘放宽,收紧,双手合起,分开,膝盖支撑,脚趾支撑,高弓支撑,低弓支撑,脚跟往前,往后盛出不穷一大堆不同版本。不过!!!如果你就是哪一位为了收紧腰围的,你就一定需要做低弓,然后找一个方式是你觉得腹部收缩得最厉害,做完肚子疼的那个就是你要的姿势了,维持那个姿势,那么你就不会浪费太多经历建立在身体其他部位上。没有人比你更了解你的身体。最后再一次澄清,运动只占了减肥搞身材的一小部份,百分之八十的成绩需要靠食物来控制的。所以,别抱太大希望以为坚持一分钟平板支撑三十天就会有多大效果。
