Here's the thing. Everybody need a little rest. In Genting Highland, a small casino town situated at Pahang state. Distance from Kuala Lumpur is about 45 minutes, 1 of the nearest place to get out of urban life. They offer free rooms from time to time. Despite they now require parking fee, but it's merely RM18 a day. With free room, so what if I need to pay RM36 for 2 days 1 night stay at this cooling place.
每个人都需要休息，我也不例外。这里是云顶高原，坐落于彭亨周的山上，距离吉隆坡大概45分钟车程。上上的空气清新，而且很凉快，所以是繁荣都市人最喜欢短期外出的一个点名旅游区，更何况云顶卡会员经常会有免费入住的房间优惠，就算是每天的停车费18块也照付。房间免费，来住个两天一夜，就算付36元的停车费也觉得超值。

Look out from the window, the entire "floor" had been covered with cloud. A friend of mine always address this as "cloud sea"
早上往外望去，是一片无止尽的云海

Just before sunrise, sun ray started to shine on the cloud, as if the cloud was covered by a layer of golden silk.
太阳渐渐将云雾染上了一层薄薄的金黄色，好像一层金箔棉花糖。

Weather is very cooling at 12'C.
房子外面的气温，早上摄氏12度，相当凉快。

Despite the outlook of the building looks old and run down, but the inner part are well maintained and recently refurbished. Very comfortable and clean.
虽然酒店的外观比较陈旧，但是内部已经过装修，非常舒服。

This is number 33, business name as ZeYuan, our local call the numbers instead of remembering the shop name, as there are too many restaurant at Gohtong Jaya, remembering the number will be easier for next visit. I'm highly recommending this shop as their price is very reasonable, and taste is marvelously good. I'll pay this shop a visit atleast once if I go to Genting for short getaway holiday.
这里就是33号，餐馆叫泽源。这是我最常到的一家餐馆。当然整个Gotong Jaya 不止这么一家餐馆，但是这家是我觉得价钱最公道，味道也是一绝的。所以每次上山或下山都回进来光顾一次。

Before getting into the shop, take a look at the surrounding. This place has now become more and more popular for the locals to eat before going uphill for the casino gambling activity. Despite this is not the top of the hill, but the weather is nice due to high altitude.
还没步入餐馆前，再看一眼四周，游客逐渐增加，停车位也跟着越来越少。但是空气还是很清新。

This is Marmite fried pork belly slice. It was deep fried and crunchy. A layer of Marmite sauce makes it easy to go down.
妈密炸花腩，五花肉切片用来炸香，配上糖浆。松脆的五花肉片外层干，内层松脆。入口即溶，顿时让我又一阵冲动而落下男儿泪。

Soy sauce king simmer eggplant is marvelously tasty. I'm not a vege guy, but this dish is slightly salty and the eggplant simmer with onion and minced meat, I had to order 2 plate of rice for this.
豉油王砂煲焖茄子。豉油的香味被砂煲焖到刚好有些焦味，配上一些葱/肉碎，味道决定。一口气要了两碟饭来送。

Last but not least, sweet and sour pork. Meat was cut into smaller pieces, frying with high heat oil. Reason for this is to make the surface of the meat crunchy, at the same time preserve moisture inside the meat. The trick is FIFO - Fast In Fast Out. Sauce was premixed with syrup mix with tomato sauce. Due to high heat frying, the surface of the fried meat absorbed the caramelized sauce. As soon as you chew on the meat, the piece of meat "explode" inside your mouth with sweet and sour sauce. You wouldn't wanna stop whacking more rice for this unreal experience.
咕噜肉，甜酸汁包着已经被炸脆的猪肉块。由于炸肉的时间短，油够热，不必花太长时间烹调，所以肉里面留下了肉汁的香味。再加上已经用糖浆调味的浓厚番茄酱包着，放进嘴巴已经飘着一股香味，咬下的同时肉汁伴着茄汁一同喷射在嘴里，有一种“爆浆”的感觉！

Look at this, it's almost unreal. Super delicious.
看着一桌子的饭菜，很是开胃。

It took us less than 15 minutes and it's all gone. I think the dishwasher doesn't even need to wash the dish as we already licked it off.
前后不到十五分钟就把全部干掉了。

Now you see, it only cost this much. For tourist place, this is consider very reasonable. Except for this 3 dishes I've orderd, their XO sauce fried rice and Beef Fried Noodle is chopstick/spoon/fork licking good.
价钱实在算是公道，尤其是在旅游胜地。除了这几道菜以外，他们的干炒牛肉面/XO酱炒饭也是超赞的。希望下次再来时有机会跟大家分享。
