Yup! That's a great write-up. Real good stuff. After my car accident i was placed in a halo. Had 4 bolts fastened to my skull with 4 rods that were fixed on a brace i work like a vest. It stayed on 24/7 and basically kept my neck and torso in perfect posture. Fuck if i didn't get food poisoning. No joke. It was messed up. Thought i might die. Something reminded me of the oral benefits of bentonite so i took it first 1 tsp mixed in water, which i expelled then another one. I felt human 20 mins after and took a long sleep. Was the first time i took it for food poisoning. It works for flu in the same way. But, knock on wood.... i haven't had to try it. I havent got the flu eventhough it constantly goes around. I use it as a preventative, it seems to work. Swear by the stuff. Volcanic ash. It can have a slightly muddy taste but i really don't find it that off putting. Get Well 💗🍉💗 Hugs!

I bet if you ask around you can find it in the foothills it's like powdery sand. Or you can buy it from a health food store. When i take it for preventative i use about 1/4 tsp. Apparently activated charcoal works in the same way. I just find it really messy. Leaves black everywhere. You could crush up fish tank activated charcoal real fine in a pinch and use it for the same benefits. Though bentonite actually gives you minerals when it takes toxin away i use it a lot more. Everyday in my toothpaste & deodorant. 💗
