Content Plan Going Forward.
I never dreamed that this blog would go anywhere when I started but here I sit closing in on 500 followers and I think it's time to lay out a schedule for the content you can expect to see. I've kind of just been putting out whatever I feel like with the exception of Throwback Thursday. I just want to thank you all for helping me get this far and I hope to celebrate many more milestones with you. Below you will find the content schedule and please feel free to submit ideas and things you would like to see me cover. I have been covering mostly movies but I intended this to be an entertainment blog so I will be including more variety including tabletop and video games. I will also be covering some of the T.V. I like. So thank you again for supporting me and I'll see you on Throwback Thursday.
Monday- On Monday I will be covering the movie industry in general and the history of movies through the decades.
Wednesday- On Wednesday I will be covering video games and Tabletop (mostly Warhammer) lore and video game adaptations.
Thursday- Throwback Thursday as usual.
Friday/Saturday( depending on when I can get to the movies that week) - Is It Worth It? I will cover a contemporary movie from that week and let you know if I think it's worth seeing in the theater.
This schedule will go in to effect on July 2nd. I will do my best to notify you ahead of time if any changes or breaks ( such as vacation or sick time) will be needed.
Variety is always good. I for a while had kind of locked myself into a pretty narrow focus but I have tried to move away from that and just cover whatever is on my mind and that seemed to be less taxing and It helped bring in some new followers.
I think T.V. will do well for you. There are some shows that attract followers. For some reason YouTube has been recommending a bunch of "reactors" (I think it is because I watch a lot of entertainment oriented stuff) and I see some bottom of the barrel, uncharacteristic, low production value having YouTubers pick up like 5000 subs in a week because they start filming themselves watching Game of Thrones or Westworld lol. You seem to put some work into what you do so if you pick the right shows, it could pay off very well for you.
