Review of Egyptian Martabak
This time we want to enjoy delicious Egyptian martabak. But we are too lazy to leave the house. My wife took the initiative to make Egyptian martabak. It turns out that my son Bilal has always wanted Egyptian martabak.
We collect the ingredients first. We have chopped beef into small pieces, onions, green onions, garlic, salt, pepper and curry powder. Meanwhile, for bread crust, we buy ready-made ones and they are sold in many supermarkets.
Meat and onions are chopped into small pieces mixed with curry powder, then stir-fried. Also add salt and pepper. Stir until cooked. The way to find out whether beef is cooked or not is cooked. If the beef is cooked, then the mixture is cooked.
Then chop the onions and spring onions again into small pieces. Put it in the container. Add the cooked meat mixture. Add eggs. Beat until evenly mixed. This is called martabak filling.
Heat the bread crust. Pour the martabak contents over the bread crust. Spread the filling evenly over the bread crust. Take another crust of bread and cover the martabak filling. If one side is cooked, then flip the martabak. Wait until both sides are cooked or cooked.
Egyptian martabak is cooked. Cut to size for eating. Serve with sauce to make it delicious. I tried to taste the Egyptian martabak made by my wife. It turns out the taste is no less than the Egyptian martabak that is sold. Good luck.
