Are there extraterrestrials?

Exobiology, the branch of astrobiology responsible for studying the odds of extraterrestrial life, has been trying for centuries to find out whether or not we are alone in the Universe. Is there life outside the Earth?

Although up to the present date no theory has been found approved by the international scientific community that demonstrates the existence of any form of life outside the planet Earth, the fact is that science does not rest to look for it.
So, according to science, it is very likely that we are not alone. The question is: where are the others? Will we get to know them one day? How will it look? Are these technologically advanced civilizations?

"Nothing says that extraterrestrials have to look like us or resemble something we can conceive before we know them" they explain. While science is still trying to identify where they are and contact them, we can be virtually certain that there is life in the Galaxy that we still have a lot to know.
