A State of Ease

7 Billion people can see the same set of data and come up with nearly the same number of unique determinations. 7 Billion subtle pedantic differences. Look at nearly any topic, such as politics, and see if this is not generally accurate..

It's the one who has NOT purchased the minds narrative, that is free, and lives in a state of ease.

If the mind is passing judgment, it might as well be peddling snake oil.

Exercise:
As awareness, see the fine line between using the mind as a tool, such as to cook or to study, but ignore the mind when it's peddling drama. Do this in every moment you can for a few days and see if life doesn't become easier.
