THE DIARY GAME: DATE (17, September, 2020): Usual busy routine - Day 5

When using the social medias, I saw this saying. It’s really exiting and true. That comparison makes us always the suffering. We should try our best. That’s ok. But sometimes the results can be changed.

So, my friends how you doing? It’s almost a week That I joined the steemit community. Thanks everyone for the support and guidance. 🥰🥰 As usual I wake up around 7.00 a.m. and went to the balcony. Always the view is smiling at me. Today is my brother’s birthday. So, I called him and wished good luck.

These days I feel boring about my daily routine. University, hostel, research and the projects. Always just the same. Anyway, at around 9a.m I went to the university. The breakfast is from my favorite L canteen. 🥰I got string hoppers and dhal curry. You should see the uncle serving the meals. He has his own style and never gave that power to anyone. 😂😂

Then I went to the Civil Engineering department to do my research work. I think you remembered that I dipped my timber samples in distilled water for swelling. So, I took the dimensions of them again.

In the afternoon I had a lecture about treatment of water in Environmental Engineering module. Mm. The lecture was interesting but the timing is the problem. The occasional sleep is a normal thing. 😂😂😂

At the break I took a nice photograph from the fourth floor. You can see the main building of our Civil engineering department. Its roof is designed so that rain water can be collected and circulated for the practicals in highway engineering lab. And there’s a huge solid waste dump around 5 km away from the university. It can’t be clearly seen from my mobile phone.

Then in the evening after coming to the hostel I had a small bath and a nap. As tomorrow we don’t have any lectures most of the friends have gone home for the holidays. So, I felt bored to do academics. But I managed to do part of an assignment.

For the dinner, I went by a bike to a place which is little bit away from the hostel. It’s called ‘’Rathu Kakulu’’shop, relatively which gives a pretty tasty meal. The road is really busy today.
