Keto Chocolate Smoothie
You won’t believe the secret ingredient in this creamy and rich Keto Chocolate Smoothie! This recipe can also be easily modified to make a keto chocolate pudding.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 tbsp Swerve Confectioners
2 tbsp cocoa powder preferably Dutch-process
Pinch of salt
2 tsp MCT oil
1/2 cup frozen avocado chunks or mashed avocado
Optional: 1 tsp instant coffee granules
Optional: top with a sprinkling of cacao nibs and/or ChocZero chocolate chips
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
If smoothie is too thick, blend in cold water 1 tsp at a time until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
Notes
Note that this recipe is high in carbs but low in NET carbs because of the huge amount of fiber (thanks to the avocado!).
To make this into a pudding, use only 1 cup almond milk.
