#OneLoveDTube is coming up soon on a year of existence, ups and downs aside we motor along. Proud to have been able to compete recently in the contest by Dan. Long shot but hey they want to see what our projects mean to us!
We won the 1k Delegation for a year just for making top 20 nominations which is greatly appreciated and a huge shoutout on its own for the support our community gets. When down to splitting hairs we are small but ohh so strong in what we provide!

Yes absolutely..
Fairly impressed with where we are at now almost 10k delegations, imagine a further 50-100k I believe with that we could cover most of DTube while still continuing to reward outstanding works with decent rewards.
Even if I am the only one increasing delegations on my own, we will grow yet!

I’ll let you in on a secret, it’s for my own sake 😅 this is my therapeutic outlet so my writings come from the heart.... as someone wears their heart on their sleeve I install mine into creation! I cannot help but be passionate about the platform that lead me to finding my therapeutic outlet. Prior to Steem I did not know my own skills and abilities, seems I am a natural blogger/vlogger 😅

Likewise, the same reason with me I lost my hope for a long time, I thought I could not used what I learned from my school days. 15 months to go to finished my college as a teacher but I was in disgraced. Anyway, no regret, God made it for a reason. I accidentally getting married 30 yrs ago and everything in my ambition was gone. I forgot my life my ambition and focused myself being a working wife and mother of only one. I became a household worker in a foreign land for 20 yrs now. I never knew that I came in thus platform writing and gained my self confident once again. I almost forgot the correct usage of some words, how to and what to do, until now being one year in Steemit, I never owe the value of Steem but the relation between the people helping each other is the great virtue I appreciated in my heart. Because of Steemit, my outlooks in life became brighter as I got some positive people around. Thank you, it is such a long comment. I'm so sorry.

It’s a tough place to be, loosing ourselves in life. Good to know you found something to be passionate with in life. The financial side of the platform may have led me hear but I cannot use it for anything 😅 thus what keeps me going is my found passion within creation. I couldn’t imagine trying to do videos on YouTube with all the trolls, I don’t get trolled here on Steem and that’s amazing!
What I have come to learn is since being here looking at the grand idea. Step back and look at the bigger picture, step out of your life, back out of your surroundings, up and away from earth looking down as if you are the moon.
Every event in life influences the next as it was influenced by the previous, those unfortunate life events end up leading to where you are now. You may never have know Steem had your life not played out exactly as it has.
This may sound dark but in the same way my best buddy passing away led me to finding this platform and my passion. The same passion he always encouraged me to join him in, writing and video recording was his thing. In my own efforts to honour his life I took up that torch and have started writing and doing vlogs. Guess what we was also the same man that installed in me my compassionate nature so my activities on here are also to honour his character. All that I have become on here is thanks to him having been a part of my life.
I often wonder, was the purpose of his life to help me find my passion? Because of this thought I feel blessed that he was apart of my journey and indebted to continue on it 💪
