One of the main attractions in Ontario/New York State are surely the Niagara Falls. When seeing them on a sunny day the view can be astonishing. The constant mist hanging over the falls, combined with the sunshine makes the rainbow visible. This photo was taken from the Ontario side, from where you have a full view on the Horseshoe falls.

Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – African Wednesday week #98 – winner announcement!

@vcclothing African Wednesday entry:

The long straight road we drove along from Chobe National Park to the Okavango delta in Botswana. Roughly 600km drive. Along the way we saw elephants, ostriches, Zebra, warthogs and kudu along the side of the road. Just keep an eye out if they decide to cross the road. Nice straight road in this section, not many pot holes which was nice.

Madness on the Times Square. Brightly adorned with billboards and advertisements, this iconic NYC square has a number of nicknames including some quite exorbitant ones such as "The Crossroads of the World", or "The Center of the Universe". Photo taken in summer 2010.

This is a spring image from downtown Banff and probably one of the most popular photographed ground view of the town, a front view of Cascade Mountain. During Easter weekend, the temperature is generally enjoyable on the ground but the mountain tops are still too cold for the snow to melt and all the ski hills still open. The best of both worlds!

Nightline
Meteors fall to Earth in front of a magnificent star filled sky, while sunlight begins to creep in from the East. Red rocks and a thin mist highlight the night, but the stars will soon disappear as dawn takes over. Sedona Arizona USA.

What glorious image ~ ✨ ~ !

Thanks for the wonderful compliment!

My dearest pleasure :)

Horse Carriage in Trinidad, Cuba

Even in the 21st century, in Cuba horse drawn carriages are widely popular as an alternative to the unreliable government buses. Almost nobody in Cuba can afford an own car.

The way to the palm forest on Cuba!

In Cuba there is next to the beautiful valley "Valle de Viñales" in the west at least a similar beautiful nature in the east around Baracoa. Untouched nature, palm forests and secluded beaches can be found in the area.

The photo was taken in the morning, when the first rays of sunshine are seen in the valley.

I love Vinales! Beautiful place :) Great shot.

Thank you.

Its not vinales. the location is in the eastern of cuba near baracoa :)

High five from germany.

The parade for Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day (Quebec national day) in Montreal. There was a parade at night and those guys wearing giant caribou mask were my favorite. The other ten theme were also really nice.

As I already wrote on my blog, I get a baby boy so I was absent from Steemit for a while, but now I will try to be more involved as I already miss it.

So my first entry back will be Noth American Friday. Photo is from this year's travel to Miami. I prefer landscape over cityscape photography so I choose something in between. I just loved walking on boardwalk and watching these lovely houses...

New Hampshire, USA.
Nature is of great beauty, walking there should always be perceived as a privilege. We can certainly take advantage of it, but we must protect it so that it is always flourishing.

The photo is taken in the Anza-Borrego desert state park in southern California. The park is located in the Colorado desert, which is part of the larger Sonoran desert.
On the photo you can see a typical landscape we saw when driving through the park. You can see the giant yucca's. When standing next to them, they were about twice my height.
