Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, we spent the day checking out the waterfalls on the Zimbabwe side. Even though there was only 20% of water that normally flows over the falls it was still amazing to see!

A view of the dusty coastline of The Gambia. This river shaped tiny country on the west coast of Africa has an agriculutral economy where many make their money from fishing. The people are warm and friendly and accepting of curious visitors.DSC04237.JPG

When on a trip to Cape Town in south Africa you have to go to the top of Table Mountain! It is such an amazing view up there, looking over the bay and Lion's head mountain. Just remember to bring a jacket as it gets very windy and a bit cold up there.

Namibia offers this amazing place, you can see on the photo below. You are impressed the moment you arrive there. Actually the way to Sossusvlei is already stuning experience when you are driving 4x4 in sand.

Camel at Sunrise - Sahara, Morocco

Visiting the majestic dunes of the Sahara on the back of a camel was a highlight of my trip to Morocco. When I got up early in the morning to capture the sun rising over the Sahara, the camels were already awake, making for a great motive against the rising sun.

In the funeral temple of Séti I at Abydos, one can see many hyeroglyphs. It is impressive to see the work and details that has been used to represent the life of Seti I and his son Ramses II. They were made more than 3200 years ago but we can still see the story today.
