Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @dimiimp:

My favorite old town, Cesky Krumlov. This place is just wonderful. Get a real feeling of what it was like to live here, like stepping back in time. Exploring the narrow cobblestone streets to see the huge variety of colorful, historical buildings is the best things to do here.

Please feel free to check out some of my other recent posts.

Fragment of Great America is the largest quarry in the vicinity of the village of Mořina. With a length of 750 meters and a width of 150 meters. Limestone was mined here and there filmed several movies. There is a tourist sign around the quarry with several prospects. In the summer months, it is necessary to count on high traffic during the week.

This is easily one of the best if not the best image of Velka America that I have seen so far. Great job and well worth featuring in today's edition. Tomas

Front view of the Church of Our Lady of Sorrows (Kostel Panny Marie Sedmibolestne in the Czech language) - a majestic Baroque church that was built on the Cvilin Hill above the town of Krnov between 1722 and 1728. Next to the nearby Cvilin Lookout Tower, the church is one of the most iconic landmarks of the town.

This photo complements my entry of a couple of days ago. It shows a complete view of the Kranner’s Fountain, a monument created by Joseph Kranner and the sculptures were done by Joseph Max. It is a monument of the Emperador Franz Joseph and its surrounded by sculptures of allegorical figures that represent the different Czech Lands. It is located in front of the river Vltava.

Sunny day in Prague

This is from my first visit to this beautiful city and one of the best views in my opinion, including river Vltava, famous Charles bridge and various wonderful buildings I don't know the English names of...
Soon I will visit Prague again and I'm looking forward to it very much already!

Cesky Krumlov
Just lovely especially in sun, great for a couple of days with a few really nice restaurants and coffee shops. The castle and garden were unique and beautiful and other than that just dandering around and exploring is with the river always giving a lovely view. Just what you need for a relaxing weekend break.

During a recent trip to Brno I walked into a street, and it had these fantastic umbrellas covering the street. They will probably not help a lot if it actually starts raining, but it was very creative and it really gave me a positive impression of the street and the city.

Here comes a panorama picture from Cesky Krumlov. It is taken looking in a somewhat different direction that most other pictures taken from the same spot, making it a little different, and therefore interesting. Such an amazing city, hope to be able to visit it again sometime soon!

Here comes a picture of taken from the tower by the Charles Bridge in the direction of the Castle area. It is always a delight to enjoy the panorama along the Vltava river, both during daytime and during nighttime.

The silhouette of Prague Castle is one of the most beautiful panoramas. The castle complex, one of the largest in the world, includes ancient palaces, places of worship, gardens and various picturesque corners. For more than a thousand years Prague Castle has been the emblem of the Czech State. Founded in the 9th century, it was the seat of the kings of Bohemia before coming that of the presidents of the Republic.
