Its all about improving right? I have decided to reduce my processed sugar intake, its not high, but it would be lower. So no sugar after 4 pm, hopefully that will help me sleep when I have tl be up at 4am this tuesday.

Anyways goodnight, I have coaching sessions tomorrow!
