My Actifit Report Card: January 11 2020

A day off, did a little workout and went down to my parents and did a bit more workout hehe.
I ended up going for a run and maaan, I am not good at running. It hurts, not my legs but when I breathe, I was at a bar where you could smoke(I dont smoke) inside so maybe thats it.
Either way, went for a run, trying to run like Tony Riddle and then I went for a cold shower like Wim Hof. Interesting stuff, I am learning :D
