오늘은 뱅쇼를 만들어보겠습니다 :) 뱅쇼는 프랑스의 쌍화탕 같은 느낌이에요~
today we makes 'Vin Chaud'

레시피 자체가 어렵습니다. (물론 넣고 끓이는거지만요..)
very very hard recipe....complicate.... im warry write the recipe.. cuz .. i dont really well english... :<
let's start... :)

------------------------------스타트--------let's roll!!!!!! coollllll-----------------

준비물 : 레드와인 1병, 여러가지과일들 (레몬 사과 오렌지 자몽 등등),
계피스틱, 정향, 육두구가루 1큰술, 설탕 3큰술
정향과 육두구가루가 없다면 계피만 넣어주세요. ㅋㅋㅋ

prepare : redwine 1bottle, many fruit (lemon slice, diced apple, slice orange and wish u want fruit),
cinnamon stick 1~3ea. clove 3 ea nutmeg pwder 1Tsp, sugar 3Tsp
(if u dont have clove and nutmeg. dont in that kkkk)

뱅쇼는 만드는사람에 따라 레시피도 다르고 재료도 천차만별입니다. 마음대로 만들어드세요 :)

방법 : 과일과 재료들을 잠길 정도로 와인을 넣어주세요 그리고 나서 중불에서 10~20분끓여주세요.
그런뒤 1시간정도 우리면 끝! 보관시 걸러서 3일정도 보관하실것을 권장합니다.
드실때는 70'C정도로 다시 뎁혀서 드세요.
네이버에 보관은 1주일정도 괜찮다 하였으나 저는 3일을 권장합니다.(혹시모르니까요)

how to : fruit& rest stuff be flooded by red wine and boil about 10~20min in medium heat.
off heat. and resting 1hour. if u want save in refrigerator.
straining the 'vin chaud' . and u can save 3days
when u can take 'vin chaud' u heating again. (about158'F)
(the web site says 'its ok u can save 7days' but im warry about that. than i talk to 3days)

와.. 진짜 간단하게 써서 그렇지 아마 난이도가 4~5개는 될꺼에요..
that's all.... clear... very haaaarrrrd... this might be 5stars....

끓이면서 알코올이 증발되지 않았을까 생각이 듭니다. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
