Had my most "Legendary" match on Gods Unchained today!
Gods Unchained (GU) "Genesis Sale" is sold out and the game is more or less out of Beta! As a result, all players got their core card packs reset and are back to level 0.
During the Beta, I started off with a Magic Control deck and then moved on to a War Blitz deck. With the reset, the important Core cards that formed my 2 decks had vanished 😞. Hence, I have to build a new deck and restarting from level 0 is quite a grind.
Anyway, the purpose of this article is to share the most "Legendary" match I had so far playing GU. By that, I literally mean the match had the most number of "Legendary" cards I ever encountered 😂.
How did this happened? Rest assured that it is not a glitch. So it went like this, my opponent played this card called "Pandora, The Curious",
It is a card that I have never encountered before. At that point in time, I have no idea what this "random box" is about. All I know is that it is an ability from a "Legendary" card, naturally it has to be good. Therefore, being as curious as Pandora, I played my "Portal Wrangler" and made a copy of that card.
I subsequently played "Pandora, The Curious" as well and eventually got to the "Box".
The "Box" is actually a card which will replace your entire hand and deck with random legendary cards 😮.
Unfortunately, my opponent got to the "Box" earlier and started playing legendary cards ahead of me. In the end, I lost the match, but it was by far the most amazing match I ever played!
