Qué tal amigos de @actifit. Hoy tomé el día de descanso en la casa, por lo que como aprecian mi actividad en pasos es mucho menor.
A pesar de que no caminé tanto como acostumbro, si fuí al gym para cumplir mi rutina como regularmente hago.
