What Does A Dazzling Sunrise Do For Your Day?

Sunday morning Steemians! I woke up this morning early about 3:30am with a question on my mind. That has been happening a lot since I joined the Steem blockchain. I guess the anticipation of having a platform to speak your heart and mind... and actually get paid to do it! That is remarkable by most standards in the world.

Nevertheless, I woke up this morning with a question... Does watching the sun rise help you to meet all the challenges of the day?

Whether you know from the day before that it will be a day that you just want to go quickly or its all unknown coming at you out of no where.

The day starts fine, then BAM... Like everything was scheduled to happen on the same day and you forgot to write it down to prepare for the mayhem.

Based on a wise master that mentored me in my teenage years, I remember them telling me how important the morning was. Reverence the moments and use the time as precious moments to align your thinking with the Creator.

I asked them how do I do it? They said just look in the direction of the rising sun. With eyes wide open, think on the dew drops and how they formed before the sun rays beamed upon them.

Look at nature through your minds eye with your eyes wide open. Visualize seeing the misty fog dried up in the midst of still air... Notice there is no breeze... And if there is a breeze, think intensely and descriptively how it feels moving over your face and hands.

Then they said just let go! Accept the day! and fill your mind with affirmations that will empower you to overcome any obstacle or challenge of the day.

Receive solutions to problems that will simply pop into your mind. Be aware my mentor said, sometimes answers to life questions will reside in the speech of others. Like magic, when they start speaking they will eventually utter what you need to move life forward.

So, for me, beholding the sunrise is the most important part of beginning my day. There is just a lot of good energy flowing for me to harness and channel into all my efforts.
