My Actifit Report Card: April 19 2019
Good evening dear Steemians and Actifitters!
First of all I wan to tell that tomorrow I am organizing the first for this year contest «Catch me if you can!».

Now, on my today's activities ... I woke up early in the morning, researched the cryptocurrency market, then, in addition, I researched some interesting cryptocurrencies and tokens. A bit later I did my daily Cryptocurrency Market Overview for my DTube channel.
In the afternoon I continued to research the cryptocurrency market. I need to do in-depth analyses, since I participate in many IEOs and token sales. So, I spend a lot of time on that.
In the late afternoon I went to Ostankino park that is next to the area I live in. And I went to the lakes:
And, as usual, I took a lot of pictures:
And I even stayed on this bridge (in the picture below) for 20 minutes,just enjoying the sun!
So, I had a lot of sun exposure in the park, while walking around the lakes:
I also walked in the forest, located nearby and took a kind of selfie:
I walked in the small forest for almost 30 minutes and then I went back home. When I got back home it was already time for dinner. So I had dinner.
Later in the evening, I decided to have a stroll. So, I went to Ostankino pond:
I stayed at the pond for almost 30-40 minutes and I was enjoying the Moon and Ostankino Tower:
while all of sudden I saw a couple of ruddy Shelducks in front of me:
So, it turned out that those ducks were also walking around the pond, looking for food.
At about 11:00 p.m. I decided to go back home... because tomorrow I will be participating in the contest that I mentioned above, so I have to be fit, because I am going to walk almost during the whole day in order to try to win.
