In the old city of Bath from United Kingdom near the ancient roman baths you can look over the river from the park. There, the local boats are turning around as end of the journey and nearby there are several miniature cascades.

Bath is amazing! I never got why they have this stairlike water thing here, though.
Indeed it is, a town like no other! Cozy and spread within the hills, magnificent nature and buildings.
