Treating Myself Once In A While With A Crispy Fried Pork Leg

My nephew and niece from my eldest brother will going to have a few days of vacation here in the house and mingle with their cousins in my sister's home beside our house so I just thought of buying a big crispy fried pork leg for us to share with each other to eat. So I told my mother to order one piece and we just waited for it to be delivered.
My mother gave me my portion which obviously I could not finish on my own as well as the rice she gave me, it is just too much for me to eat this without being hooked-up at dialysis. My dip is an apple cider vinegar with chopped red onions. It is a very good complimentary dip for a fatty food like this which I enjoyed eating particularly the skin.
Tender-wise and crispiness-wise this pork leg would score 10/10 but its taste is bland and not salty enough. I hope that the owner of the business would figure out how to improve their product so that it would taste more delectable or palatable particularly to the peculiar tongue of mine which now is not so sensitive to delicious foods.

It is because if you eat a meat with no salt it is like eating a flavored paper whereas the fat would taste like an oil. The fat should taste like nutty with a good balance of saltiness and "umami" which this crispy pork leg is lacking.
So it is not enjoyable to eat it on its own, you just needed some dip for it like a soy sauce with vinegar or vise-versa, with chopped onions, crushed garlic, black pepper corns, red hot chili peppers if you prefer and some dash of sugar to taste and that's just about it for my meal. No side dishes but just a piece of halved pear fruit as my fiber for the day.
We don't normally have varieties of foods on our table, just a viand and rice and seldom that there are pairs like fish and vegetables. So if it is a stew that my mother had cooked, that will be our food at the remainder of the day until it is all consumed. We only get a variety if there is a special occasion held then we would prepare desserts, meat dishes, at least one vegetable dish plus sweet drinks.
Right now I just craved for a fried pork leg because I like fried foods although it is unhealthy I am not eating that everyday anyway so I am still okay. Problems will just pop-up if you eat so lavishly with rich and fatty foods then your heart for certain will get the full treatment of your not being careful. Well even if I would eat fatty foods and die with it that is really a good news than a bad one for my case.
