I Might Use A Patch For Pain And It Might Also Work

I remember injuring my shoulder joint when out of the blue it just somewhat dislocated. I was really in pain those times and I couldn't think on the ways that I could relieve it. I even asked my brother to relieve it for me by jerking it forward, side-wards and all directions but of no use anyway because it didn't help.

I also didn't know why I had used an NSAID patch during that time and not sure now if it worked or not but I might try it sometime again due to my pains all over my body now. So I have to think about the name of that pain patch that might have a positive impact on my pain issues without maybe compromising my red blood cells health because NSAIDs are typically RBC killers and I do not want that to happen. If Only Band-Aids Could Patch Me Up

Regarding my shoulder "dislocation" issue what I have tried is I have put a hard pillow in between my armpit and sleeping on my side where my other shoulder is good. The aim is to pop up the shoulder naturally outward. I think it worked because the pain subsided after one try.

Now I am really careful about my body movements, not trying to be so quick on my moves as my joints are painful anyway just for me to avoid tripping over and for certain, breaking a few of my bones, then good luck if it would heal or not. So even though I am spending much time in the bathroom it is better than rushing it up and then injuring myself in the process so I really have to be so careful now.

My Joints Are So Weak I Am Always Careful And Slow At My Movements

I actually believe now that I have a few broken ribs already because of the pain whenever I roll on my left side where it is my preferable position in sleeping as I could sleep better on that side than on my back. Right now I have a few deformities on my body besides my back and my facial bones, they are my right hand's fingers which are swaying leftwards and my left foot's middle finger which also looked like it got broken, also pointing to the left. I might as well go to the left.

Anyway I do not know if a Macroxam patch would work or not so I just have to try it if it would cause some considerable relief. If it does then I would maybe stick to it than relying on pills that I have to swallow and then causing another type of bad ailments again in my body.

I hope soon that I could avail maybe some CBD oil, I had seen some being sold in an online shop where I buy my things. I am not sure if it is authentic or not nor it would really cause some relief but if I have some funds for it I will try them too if it would help me once and for all.

To Effectively Solve The Problem We Must Find The Root Cause

But I am trying to solve the root cause of my pain problem which is my parathyroid pumping excessive hormones into my body. It is supposed to be diet-related, meaning the cause was an elevation on my phosphorus levels but the last Phosphorus test on me showed normal amounts of it in my body. No w I am just taking phosphate binder so that I would not absorb phosphorus from my foods thereby controlling my levels of it and possibly mellowing down my Parathyroid hyperactivity function.

So it is really odd that despite I am taking Parathyroid medicine and phosphate binders I am still having pains in my joints, it is obviously hard because it is always a torture to move around even rolling unto my bed. But I am hopeful that maybe after taking some vitamin D things will improve in my bone and joint issues, I hope God blesses out my plans, so I needed more prayers from those who care about me here from the steem community.
