My Itchy Skin Is A Torture Due To The Cold And Dry Temperatures Here In My Neck Of The Woods
I could not sleep anymore because I slept basically all day because I just want to escape from nausea as the build-up of my parathyroid medicine is just taking a toll on my well-being. Thankfully God-willing I will get dialyzed today and I pray once again that I will survive it.
I actually have my plan, I will just take my former dose of Caffeine so that at least I will have a way to stabilize it more. The last time was weird, my BP went down just like that although it is near the termination time, it just went down without me feeling the telltale signs of an impending BP crash, it just made my vision to fade so I just have to call it off and the dialysis got ended prematurely because of that.
But anyway my mother would wake-up any time soon and would prepare for our journey for my 4:30 AM dialysis. It is really cold today and I am not used to it and it is just 22 degrees Celsius in my town and yet it is like the arctic to me already. I could cope but not my skin who gets itchy when these weeks comes, it is cold and dry and thus my skin gets dry too and with that it gets awfully itchy.
I will just request my mother to give me another batch of hot water in a plastic bag to relieve the itch. After that I will maybe apply some lotion to my skin because it might help me with the itch. This happens before and it was really the weather that causes it and not the food that I eat or imbalances in my body. Now at least I have a way to relieve it and not to make it worse.
