It Is Thanksgiving Day Today And The Church Worker Will Be Early To Arrive God-willing 🙏🏻🤲🏻😀

Thanks Be To God A Million Times Over

This early morning God-willing the church worker would arrive to bring me the copy of last week's Thanksgiving activity of our church for me and my mother to listen and watch and partake with the Thanksgiving as if it was done live. We call it as "Viewing" because it is not alive anymore and is just a recording but nonetheless effective in bringing-up the message of God through the preaching of Bro Eli Soriano of mcgi.org.

Our thanksgiving is a fellowship where some individuals, groups, localities, or region are scheduled to offer Thanksgiving with songs of praises and part of it is of course monetary that will be used for the propagation of the words of God for salvation of humanity. There are also many church programs that are funded by it like the orphanages, Satellite rentals, airtime for TV and Radio broadcasting as said, and things that I cannot mention already, there are many of it already.

I Also Thank God Before I Would Eat

Now our thanksgiving activity is composed of opening and closing prayer, the collection of the offerings, the singing of the songs of praises by the ones that will offer thanksgiving for the week, the first part of the topic of the week served by the vice presiding minister, the consultation portion where brethren or some guests with questions or problems with anything, disputes, health issues, etc will have a chance to speak with the Presiding Minister so it can get some resolution and then after that is the conclusion of the topic of the week.

It is a whole night of activity because it is held at daytime where the Presiding Minister is residing in Brazil as a self-exile because of the threat in his life. Anyway the church members all over the world via their corresponding localities with a link would hook-up via the Internet and it will be a worldwide event done in the same instance.

We Should Thank God For All His Unspeakable Gifts

But I myself can just contend myself with viewing the recording at my free time because I could not go physically anymore because of my pain and breathlessness issues. It is not practical anymore for me to go to church physically so it is just good that there is a program for persons or individuals that cannot go to church for various reasons.

We even have some fellowship activity in prison where the church would give to the prisoners rather than collect from them donations for obvious reasons that they have no livelihood there whatsoever. Anyway I am delighted that somehow I could partake with such church activity because of these missioning program by my church. In that way my inner person would get stronger if not my faith is rekindled because I could hear the word of God.

The church Now Comes To Me Because Of My Immobility, Disability, And Pains

I missed the days that I was going to the Thanksgiving venue along with one of my brothers and my mother since we have the same religion in our family. It was fun because I could get my mother listen to the words of God live but it was cut short because of my condition had gotten worse already so we have to request for a church worker to come and visit me so I can listen to the recorded church activities so the embers of our faith would be continued to be lit up and never die for our own sake. Glory be to God.

Our Faith Will Not Die Out If We Continue To Listen To The Words Of God
