It Is My Sauna Suit Therapy Today
I have to get rid of some extra water from my body so that I would come for my dialysis lighter as my dialysis nurses are limiting the drawing of water from my body to four kilograms only. It is indeed hard because of that so I am limiting as much as I can with regards to my fluid intake.
I just wanted to be within that added weight range so that I will have no water backlog to remain in my body because I am in a mission to rid myself of all the excess water so that I will have a better allowance of water to intake in-between dialysis sessions plus I will not get so breathless before my next dialysis comes.
I just wonder if the hot days would come and I would still wear the sauna suit, I imagine the best results because in hot and humid weather even though my electric fan is zeroed on me 24/7 I could still perspire profusely which leads me to going to the dialysis center lighter as opposed to to when there is a cold weather I could get heavier faster because there are no outlets for me to shed some weight except from my dialysis alone.
Having a sauna with my sweat suit also detoxifies my body with extra salts and other undesirable toxins which of course is very good. I just can't perspire in these times of the year where it is always cold and cool enough that my skin remains dry due to the weather.
