I Wasn't Able To Sleep This Night Too

Today with less than an hour and my mother would wake-up at around 3:00 AM to prepare us for leaving for my dialysis and I haven't caught some sleep even though I watched some videos in YouTube in an attempt that it would make me sleepy.

But sleepiness never came, I would fall asleep if I can feel it but not this time. I hope that my body would be able to adjust soon because I do not want to become crazy for a lack of sleep. I had came this far of my journey for a self-preservation and survival and I do not want insomnia to ruin it for me.

You might tell me to shut my eye and just try to sleep, well it doesn't work that way. I had done that countless times already but I would just waste my time trying. I just have to get the urge like a normal person gets before falling down to sleep otherwise it will be just like a shuteye marathon again.

I might as well make my time productive and turn this kind of issue useful by blogging about it. That is just one positive thing about insomnia like what I did before when I was still doing a social blogging network, I just wrote and wrote until I am able to make myself weary and crash and get some sleep a bit during those insomnia years.

Too bad that I would have to use Caffeine pills again because definitely I will not be able to get some shuteye after my dialysis session. I will just have to counter the residual effects of Caffeine that wasn't able to get washed by dialysis, it works but I do not know if it would work a few hours after my dialysis because I do not know if my body is still adjusting to the infection caused by my Appendicitis.

I will pass this one too, I am getting some lucid dreams anyway so I guess that counts to make my brain let off some steam to make not to get the crazies. I know the value of sleeping and I just have to be determined in order to put that kind of basic human function in me to get on track again.
