Preferring Fruits If Not For Their Potassium And Fluid Content

I would like to eat fruits solely but due to its incomplete nutritional benefits I just have to eat foods with protein because protein, from the animal sources that is for the reason that it is better for the body rather than from plant origins which would add more uric acid into my system.

I still eat the plant sources of protein but not too much because of the above reasons and because if they are available. But animal protein sources gives me more strength as it is digested slowly by my body especially with the combination of carbohydrates it will in turn give and supply my system with the energy that I needed without crashing unlike if you just eat carbohydrates or fruits alone.

I Believe In A Balanced Meal With Protein, Carbohydrates, Vitamins, Minerals, And Fiber

I also had done eating high fiber carbohydrates as they say it stays longer in the stomach. Well I must say that it is not true because I felt a low blood sugar after which make my body tremble. What will make your body get a steady source of energy was to combine carbohydrates from bread or any other carbohydrates with protein. The body system would not be able to burn the carbohydrates fast because in the stomach it is still digesting the proteins so basically you are supplied with the energy from both food group slowly and you don't get hungry fast and in my case I won't get that trembling.

If I am just be eating pure carbohydrates especially from fruits I will surely start to get tell-tale signs of low blood sugar sooner than if I were to eat combination meal with carbohydrates and protein because of the above reasons but one fator that I have to consider much was the potassium content of the fruits. My excretory system is not allowing me to dispose of extra potassium so I would get a potassium overload for that matter which I will get the risk of my heartbeats to stop.

That is why I can never go on a fruit diet because of potassium even though I would eat them if they are available because of their taste. I can say no to a rice meal but not to a fruit mainly because of the less frequency that certain fruits that gets available on my table and of course because of the taste of these fruits.

They also contain much fluids so in turn I get to overload faster with water than not having them at all. But if fruits doesn't have potassium I would surely prefer eating them most of the time, it might get expensive but they would not be a cause of much toxin build-up in my system like creatinine, nitrogen, and uric acid which makes me feel the ill-feeling like nausea and the ammonia breath.

Less Toxins My Body Produces If I Am In A Fruit And Carbohydrates Diet Alone

Fruit have prohibitive prices as well so you could not have them frequently which makes you to just maybe have one fruit a day to be more practical and if you would juice them it will get more expensive too because you needed more fruits to make a glass of fruit and or vegetable juices.

But one thing about fruits is that I would never get bored of eating them although they cause me to have gas issues which is uncomfortable at least I could eat them even if I have an appetite-loss

Oh I love fruit! I would hate to have to watch how much of it I eat, and am glad you can eat it once a day. There are so many great nutrients in them, and many are helpful for detox.
I wish you increased health and continued joyfulness.
