I Received My Sweat Suit Today But Still Uncertain If It Would Work For My Quest To Perspire

My Quest To Perspire

Today I have received my sweat suit and I am unsure if it would work for my effort to perspire. One thing is that it feels uncomfortable to wear it because it is hot as you are like wearing a soft tarp. It has layers of "fabric" for insulating the heat from the body so the person who would wear it will trigger the pores or the system of the body to release more sweat in order to cool the body which it won't because you are wearing the sweat suit.

I am just wanting to perspire as much as possible because of the extra water in my system that makes me feel unwell. I feel bloated for many months now and if this keeps on my heart will not take the abuse anymore. I still wanted to live longer because I am crazy enough to wna tto see the light of another day. I still wanted to see the better days of cryptocurencies and I wanted to see my niece to get married.

The Sweater

Now with this suit I am supposed to sweat profusely which is what I wanted but I had tried it out a few hours ago with a jacket only but I felt much uncomfortable because my system is not responding. Maybe I needed to use the whole outfit with the pants on as well so that I will do this morning to help me out in wearing it in.

I am planning to use some steam from a pot or pressure cooker as a source but it needs a stove and a cooking gas. I have an alcohol gas and maybe it would work. Again this requires a bit of money because alcohol stove is still expensive considering that I wanted to use this sweat suit for an extended period of time.

Delivered

I can no longer avoid expenses because anywhere and anything that I do would require expenses and bills to pay. But I have to consider my health so I guess it would be worth it. My second plan is to buy a portable sauna bath set so that I could use it without hogging the bathroom.

I might also use the bathroom as my sauna, I will just have to ask my father to heat some stones where I could use to splash some water so it could create steam for my perspiration efforts. That could work but I could not seem to lay down myself in the bathroom as there is no good space for me to do it inside there but at least I have access to water so that I can make to use it to clean myself as well.

The Pants

Then also I could buy a plastic single bed and go to a shop where they could fashion a thick plastic tarp enclosure where it has openings so that I could use to take things out side or even pop my head out to breathe some fresh air. That also could work out so that I could make myself let out water from my system which is really troubling me for many months now and getting worried that it will speed up my demise which I do not like to happen anytime soon.

Among these plans that I wanted to happen which is just seemingly simple to do, the sweat suit is what I think is good for me because it would allow me to be online still and could use the Internet while sweating away so to speak but the suit is uncomfortable to wear considering thta i would be wearing it while lying down.

I just have to think of it in what things that I have to pick and use so that I could finally get a good way to sweat myself up and rid of extra water which is causing me a great grief and misery with my well-being. May God help me.
