I Received A Medical Assistance Today From The Government Charity Sweepstakes Office 🆘💰⚕😷
We received this guarantee letter for my dialysis center for payment for about three sessions of dialysis to be used next month or so. This would help me bridge-out my dialysis next couple of months because on the first week of November and the whole of December we will be paying for my dialysis out of pocket as my government insurance allocation of dialysis sessions for this whole year would be all be used up.
It would be better if my insurance was covering all my treatments for the whole year so I won't think about where to get money for my medical needs at the end of the year but they just took off the EPO injections on my insurance benefit package just to make the number of dialysis sessions get to 90 which for me was very good because I do not need EPO injections anymore for that matter.
My hope is that for the next year I will not be having a problem with my dialysis if it would get an improvement with regards to the number of sessions that will be allocated within a year. There is a great possibility that it will happen because the only problem really was the funds and where to get them. Now the recent tax improvement collection for tobacco and liquor will add funds to my government insurance making the number of my dialysis sessions to hopefully get better next year.
These past few months my mother had been busy collecting money from government offices, mainly from politicians but I also received money from my former classmates when they visited me a few months ago and some cash too from the cousin of my Father when they held their family reunion a few moths ago too.
But still my mother is cramming-up into where to get more money but God-willing we have enough already to cover for my needs next month. Dialysis is such an expensive medical treatment that many years ago when patients doesn't have any insurance to cover for the expense they just die a lingering death.
I just thank God that my government insurance really had helped me a lot because without it I would not have survived to live until this day and of course without the mercy of God for me for that matter plus with the support of steem community for me I wouldn't have met a lot of friends here too that had partaken with extending my life.
But I really do not want to live long like this, it is just I am terrified of the lingering death if I would decide to not go for my dialysis. So I kept on coming and going and searching ways to make myself feel better.
Now it is all just a survival mode and I am sad that I am dragging my parents to my troubles. They should just be relaxing now that they are old but I just hope that soon I can also take them out of poverty with the help of none other than cryptocurrency that I am invested a lot of my time already via steem.
But with all these that I had received and benefited from I am just grateful and thankful. At least I do not have to worry much where to get my dialysis session payments but still I have a burden to think about like my Parathyroid medicine, phosphate binder that is really hard to shoulder if not from the help that I am receiving from steem community. Hi Arnold, I wanted to point out a few things to you, are you aware that what you are doing of posting 4 times a day to trigger the autovote of steemyoda could be considered vote farming and spam?
Also, are you aware that the steem tag and newsteem tag are meant to be used only for Steem and newSteem related posts and that postin 4 times a day using those tags with unrelated posts could be considered tag spam?
I wanted to post as much as I can each day because that is the only thing that I can do. You see I am immobile and couldn't even walk anymore unlike before so it makes my life unbearably boring. Without the Internet I would have gone crazy. Writing is my passion and yes I want all steemians to vote on my post for that matter because I have a cause, I wanted to acquire as much funds as I can in order to get my surgery goals which require BIG pre and post operative cost. So I just beg you to let me do what I can to make these vital things happen. Regarding the tags I use them for visibility.
Hi again Arnold, regarding the tags, yes, Im aware you use them for visibility, that's the very definition of tag spam: using unrelated tags to gain visibility. But you see, the point of the tag system is that when people go to the steem tag for example, is because they want to see steem related posts, if anyone that wants visibility uses the major tags the content discovery system becomes useless. I'm very sorry to hear of your situation, from the bottom of my heart, but you must understand that if this behavior is allowed from you, what should we do when 10 more people in your situation come to steem? Allow all the top of trending in the steem tag to be filled with 40 unrelated posts per day? I hope you understand my concerns. Do you have a discord user so we can contact you and talk about this subject?

Yes Sir @zekepickleman but with that amount I still have to add some cash everytime I would go for my dialysis. I can never be free from expenses especially with the dialysis center where I am going for my treatments. :/
