I'm Not Going To Use My Sauna Suit Today

I should be using my Sauna Sweat Suit today so that I would be able to shed some water weight before my session for tomorrow but since I am not breathless and I feel that I am still within a four kilos of extra water load in my body so now I can just forgo with that plan.

My doing of a waiver serves me better because I was able to take out more than ample amounts of fluid from my body at dialysis judging by the fact that my BP still lowers down plus my skin get wrinkly too in the process showing that enough extra fluids had been taken out.

I thought that I have a lot of extra water in my body but I think that it was just my crooked backbone that collapsed is the main factor that I am getting so breathless because it squeezes my internal organs especially my lungs. But with an adequate fluid drawing from my system it helps me breathe much easier and I now do not get so breathless before my next session.

I am just sad with other patients who are having a hard time breathing with some that I knew that died because of extra water in their system that my nurses failed to take off which lead to their demise. That is good that they died because I do not want them to be like me which is now in a tortured-like state with my joints acting up and with my legs unable to carry me around anymore as they lack strength plus plagued with pain.

Anyway what I am thankful for right now was I am not that breathless so I am grateful about it. I just intend to make or continue to do letter of waivers for my nurses to do the settings that I wanted plus that caffeine technique that I am doing so that I could get drawn with enough extra fluids from my body substantial enough just to make me last without getting breathless before the next dialysis session starts.
