I Just Took Another Pain Reliever Again To Allow Me To Move With Ease

My rib and back are acting out again. That is despite my best efforts to medicate my Parathyroid which is the root of my bone issues and with that, pain. I am just glad that at least my pain reliever that I am taking is working in a good way because its half-life is extended maybe due to my system or maybe my body's ability to process such medicine had gone slow.

It just means that the effect is longer for me so I am happy with that in a way that of course I will get relieved from pain longer than of a normal person. I intend to just take this medicine (NSAID) before I get up to go to the bathroom or in my dialysis.

I regret in taking such medicine because I know that it has harmful side-effects but I have no choice otherwise I will not be able to move with ease and suffer much pain.

Now I just hate my body because it causes me much grief. That is not mentioning other issues besides pain because I have to contend with my breathing issues although right now I am not much breathless but with smaller efforts that I am doing the discomfort is so profound that I am just choosing to stay in bed than try to move around and exercise my limbs in a hope to make them stronger.

But my body is not getting any strong and I noticed that during the course of my illness/condition. It is because I kept on slowly getting so weak, and weak enough for me not to be able to open bottles/jars. Of course I am so frustrated and sad about it but I just have to keep on fighting and hoping too that my crypto instrument would make a difference in my life, I will just die trying than being idle and not working on a solution. May God help me.
