I Had A Good Sleep Last Night

I Would Have slept the whole day through now if it wasn't for the sun being up, it is just awesome to have slept a good amount of hours resting although I am only getting less than 8 hours per day of sleeping. I guess that my iron supplementation is working for me because I know that if I would just boost my blood's oxygen-carrying capacity it will make me feel good plus it would enhance my sleep in the process.

Right now I still feel the pain particularly in my feet and back, my backbone is now S-shaped so I am just surprised that it had gotten like that which is why I am getting the discomfort whenever I would make myself be in an upright position which is why I am always preferring to just lay down to save me from pain and much misery.

Now I will just continue my iron supplementation so that my blood would get as efficient as it can to oxygenate my body so that I could feel the best as I can with my sleep quality although my strength is in ruins because even though I am not anemic anymore I feel as weaker as a person with only 60 count of Hemoglobin.

I just hope that my health would improve without any surgical intervention because deep back in my mind I am not qualified anymore for my Parathyroid surgery but I will still have to try because I needed it to save me from further degeneration of my bones that causes much pain and stiffness in my body.

Right now it is even hard to sleep on my right side because of my rib pain issue, I am sleeping on it anyway because that is my comfortable position and then going back from my right side and on my back is pretty painful now so I have to move slow. The cause maybe was my crooked back and I do not know the extent it will get worse. I am afraid of what lies ahead because I know it would get the great possibility of having a more hard time than I am currently experiencing right now.
