I Am Also Longing To Eat Some Fruits But I Have To Watch My Potassium Levels

I think that it is a mango season already, I like all kinds of mangoes from a very young sour ones to the ripe ones, almost all of them really tastes nice for me. But I have to watch my blood levels of Potassium because it would be a cause for my heart to stop beating.

Sometimes I would feel that my heart would skip beat or sometimes it would be like it doesn't want to pump blood already like what happened a few years ago where I felt like I would slip away slow and die. I just always attribute it to my fruits consumption because when there fruits around I would not restrict myself and eat them anyway.

Lately I tried to eat at least half of a Pear fruit everyday to help me with my constipation issue. But I had gotten tired of the taste of the fruit because I would eat it everyday plus of course it elevated my Potassium levels. So now I just have to maybe cutback on fruits.

That is my problem, my diet is very restricted, too much of something would make me feel either ill or will cause me to drop dead considering that I go for my dialysis twice a week and I would not consider going three times because of the recent changes on extra hospital bill charges which is again a burden for me financially.

Anyway here in my country there are some seasonal fruits especially for Mangoes and Watermelon, or Cantaloupes and turnips as well. Four of the ones that I like eating as a dessert after eating a meal or just to have it like it is in random times of the day.

I am still not barring myself in eating them because often they are still expensive to have everyday and also will surely stop my heart if I do indulge on them if not filling me up with water faster. But for me I haven't had any major issues with eating fruits no matter how much I would have them, the only factor really was a budget because they do cost much either the fruits are local or imported.
