Dear Diary: Today I Thank God For The Saunarific Weather 😋

Yes it feels like a sauna as if the air is filled with steam as the air is really think with moisture. I do not know but maybe with this kind of heavy humidity it could rain as the weather bureau is forecasting in some places.

It seems to be raining in other places because there is a wind coming and it is just a sign of hot and cold air swirling around each other.

I actually do not want it to rain because I just want to sweat off my excess body fluids and it is really helping me with my well-being because it allows me to drink more water without being waterlogged very fast.

I can also sleep much better if I am not waterlogged so the hot climate today is just a grace from God and I thank God for such a hot and cheery day with a chance of rain.

I am always emphasizing on how much I like the hot and humid weather because of the above reasons because at cold times I feel like shit as it affects my health particularly my breathing which somehow today had improved a bit because of the weather.

This weather I think will continue for a longer bit because we are experiencing the El Niño phenomenon. It is only raining a bit particularly last night here (which didn't change the temperatures) because of the southwest winds which are cooler and had made the humid air to form droplets of rain.

I will just mentally ignore the inconveniences of this saunarific climate and enjoy its good effects for my body because in my case and situation I am better off with sweating than staying in an air conditioned room. Thanks be to God.
