Dear Diary: The Pleasant Effect Of My Appetite Enhancer

Most appetite enhancers have a good side-effect and that is being drowsy and that is good only when you needed some sleep like I do or having a trouble sleeping, that is why it is recommended to take it at bed time. But I am taking it in the morning after I finished my breakfast so that I could sleep in the afternoon if until late in the afternoon.

My body clock is quite in disarray because I still have some sleep problems despite that the main cause which is anemia is not present anymore. But a few factors around are not letting me have a good sleep which is the noise around our house like the vehicles passing by because our home is located near a busy road plus my current condition in breathing plays a major role in my intermittent insomnia.

I already had taken this appetite enhancer and now I am just waiting for its effects to kick in so that I can finally rest my weary soul from an all night steeming affair as I cannot seem to fall asleep easily today.

Some says that cannabis enhances the appetite but some says that it is not always the case, possibly from tolerance build-up. Too bad that it is highly taboo even in my church to use that substance but maybe soon but not in my lifetime that it will get a recognition that it can help patients with illnesses like appetite issues, pain issues, anxiety, etc. But my country is too conservative and somehow really will not accept it for the time being.
