Dear Diary: My Calcium Supplement Got Delivered Already This Morning

I ordered some calcium supplement a few days ago and I had received it today. I just needed Calcium with vitamin D3 to absorb more of it in my system and my Endrocrinologist actually had prescribed it to me so that it will help my body to not lose more Calcium from my bones and at least that is what I hope to happen.

I was just recently taking calcium but before I stopped taking it because Calcium was already building up on my chest area or lungs as interpreted by the doctor when I was being examined in the hospital in Manila during the times that I was going there from the year 2007 to request for a medicine to elevate my red blood cells.

So it went years before I started up again in taking Calcium but it was too late as my Leontiasis had progressed and caused a lot of pain and stiffness in my body. But since this supplementation is prescribed by my doctor I will take it just to support my body's need for it.
