Dear Diary: I Should Be Taking Lactase Enzyme Supplement If I Want To Eat Dairy Products Next Time

I am really lactose intolerant and I have proven that in many instances and being lactose intolerant is a no-joke because if you are a lactose intolerant individual when you ingest foods that contain lactose, you will not be able to digest lactose so when it goes into your intestines the bacteria in your gut will be the ones that will eat lactose.

So in turn you will get flatulence, lots of gasses that really is so bothersome, so you will get bloated because of those gasses that are formed in your guts, and worse you will get diarrhea which is never a good thing for me since I can never rush my self to the toilet because of my mobility issues.

The reason I wanted to take some Lactase enzyme supplement is that I wanted to finish my bought protein shake drink. I do not want it to go to waste because it is quite expensive because I happen to have bought 12 pounds of it thinking that it was good-tasting and that I would not encounter digestion issues with it.

I have thought of consuming some protein powder like that used by body builders particularly the brand that I bought because it gives calories that I needed for my weight gaining efforts.

But the lactose in it had proven me that it is not good for me because of the Lactose it contains which gives me a hard time in really digesting and consuming it not to mention its awful taste. But it has a good amount of protein and calories so I really do not want to waste it and maybe adding Lactase while drinking it will solve my problems of being Lactose intolerant.
