Dear Diary: I Haven't Been Able To Sleep Last Night Because Of I Am Taking At Dialysis

I just tossed and turned last night and apparently my energy drink which I am using to stabilize my blood pressure while hooked up at dialysis wasn't getting washed-up entirely.

So after dialysis I am just wide-awake the night after. That is why I cannot take much coffee afterwards because I might not be able to sleep the following day.

I am using my energy drink because it has caffeine and I do believe that it helps me with my blood pressure at dialysis so it won't crash down or at least recover fast if it does.

But I cannot have much of it because it has some substances that might hurt me although it has ginseng that is rumored to have beneficial effects and Taurine which i do not really know what it does.

Well hopefully later this day I could be able to sleep because the energy drink would wear off by then.
