Dear Diary: I Have A Digestive System Of A Very Old Person

I do wonder why I am not comfortable with eating fruits and vegetables? But mind you I am eating them whenever they are available especially the fruits, I could not resist them as they are delicious and easy to eat for the most part. I also think that it is also a side-effect of the expensive medicines that I am taking.

But eating them would mean I would suffer a speedy gut behavior that wants me to go to the toilet right away plus making me produce gas like I am a geyser. That is why I prefer to lay down as it allows me to let out gas comfortably than sitting up and blocking that butthole down there.

Lactose is just the thing I always avoid if possible because it is so notorious in making me produce carbon-dioxide gas with sulfates (fort okay I said it). Thanks to my race because I blame it for my body not able to digest lactose. I had bought a protein drink before not knowing that it the lactose in it would make me feel unwell than feeling great.

It just is as bad as drinking milk so I just wasted money with that expensive protein drink. I am was actually just forcing myself in getting the calories that I needed but it seems that my body doesn't tolerate many foods now even if I have a good appetite before.

I have lots of dilemma going on with my body, too many complications and too many things to manage around. I am just suffering physically and still my body manages to stay up on its tracts. I maybe a tough nut to crack but I do not like it for obvious reasons. But my desire to live is equal to my desire to just die, any of which I would accept because sometimes we could not control all things as there maybe forces unbeknownst to us that is working, we just do what is the right things and let fate takes its course.
