Dear Diary: I Finally Had A Good Sleep Today But My Ears Are Ringing Like Hell

Those energy drinks that I drank during my dialysis just made me lose my sleep for a while but I just have no choice really but to use them just to stabilize my blood pressure because caffeine in the energy drink squeezes my blood vessels just to temporarily raise my blood pressure.

Dialysis causes blood pressure to come down because it takes away fluids in the body, it also takes away salts, sugars, and protein compounds along with the toxins that it supposed to clean off and the dialyzer that I use also has big pores in it that allows a much bigger molecule toxins like uric acid to pass through.

Anyway my ears are ringing because I planned to use the bathroom today as I had taken my NSAID medication just to temporarily numb down my hip and tailbone pain so that it would allow me to move around freely without much misery and discomfort. It sucks because my ears are affected in the process but I have no choice and it is hard and sad,
