Dear Diary: I Am Still Adjusting To The Cold Rainy Weather Here

I will be like a slug to crawl to my shower a couple of hours now because it is cold because of the rainy season. I am still good though because I can tolerate it unlike in my early years as a dialysis patient where get the shivers big time when I take a bath, it was terrible but I managed to graduate from it thanks to the miracle from God.

Being anemic for so many years had tormented me a great deal because of its symptoms like being so sensitive to cold weather. Now although I am not that so sensitive I just do not like it because it doesn't allow me to be liberal with my fluid intake because I do not perspire as much and gets filled with fluids very fast.

Now I could not sleep anymore because I am quite restless already and uncomfortable because I am a bit waterlogged and it is not good to sleep too with this kind of feeling with my body. My body is still adjusting to the chilly weather and I do needed more time. I had turned-off my electric fan and now it is turning out to be not good because of my ringing ear issue, it is torturous.

If I were to turn on the electric fan then I will get cold. You would then say "Why you don't use a blanket?" Well I am not used to in under blankets and I get hot under it which makes me uncomfortable. Then it gets cold when I do not use a blanket and it gets hot when I am under it, never a perfect situation really so it sucks that way.

Anyway I just pray that we would get safe going to my dialysis, it does gets worrying when rain comes pouring in because you will never know if it will cause much disturbance, inconvenience, trouble, or misery especially nowadays where there is a climate change and I can attest to that based of what I am experiencing and had experienced regarding that issue. May God help me.
