Dear Diary: I Am Ready For Dialysis Today
I am now ready to head fro my dialysis, I already used the bathroom and relieved myself to the toilet too. Now I am just relaxing and looking forward to be well again after the dialysis machine have cleaned my blood from toxins and also reliving me from extra fluids in my body although the nurses would not want to take them all fully.
I will be requesting to make my dry weight lower because I just needed to be drawn out with as much fluids as my body can let out. Anyways I can determine myself if the dialysis machine is taking or had taken enough extra fluids because you can really tell when the ear drum would collapse back just like comparable to that sensation when you go up in a high altitude place.

When that happens you already knew that the machine have already taken more than enough from the body. I haven't experienced that sensation yet because the nurses really would not cooperate with my wishes so I am stuck with extra fluids in my body contributing to my breathlessness and weakness which is why maybe I could not walk without being to tired.
I am still hopeful that things would go better for me. My plan is to have a peritoneal dialysis because I wanted to be liberal in my fluid and food intake unlike from hemodialysis where you have to rely on nurses to determine your dry weight and if they don't you will just suffer like what is happening to me.
The meal that I am eating at dialysis makes me feel excited as well. It is because the clean action to my system of the dialysis process returns my appetite. I could not pass that small window of instance where I could eat to my heart's delight. Even a simple meal is sweet to my taste so it is just a spectacle in my life to enjoy eating at my dialysis.

Yes, dialysis process makes me hungry because it not only washes away toxins but also the water soluble nutrients like blood sugar most especially, protein compounds, vitamins, and minerals. So it has to be replenished by eating and such.
