Dear Diary: Getting Ready Once Again For Dialysis And I Am Not That So Breathless Today
I am just thankful that the pain reliever I took yesterday afternoon was still in effect this morning. It is an NSAID type of pain medication that helps me with stiffness and pain associated with my joints. So I was able to use the bathroom without being in a much misery.
Breathlessness also plays a major role in my mobility so if I am full of fluids then expect things to get worse. So I am also thankful about that unlike in the past few months where I am breathless even just laying on my bed.
But maybe because I just eat less today then in the last few months especially when I had a good appetite still. I would just eat twice a day now because eating frequently cannot be done that so easily because I can't have the appetite to do so and eating means drinking fluids and it tends to make me drink more fluids that will make me breathless.
So I am choosing to really wait until I am hungry before I would eat so it is just maybe better for me to listen to my body and not to just eat whenever it is the time only for it.
It dialysis time again and I am happy that once again my system will get cleaned. But dialysis doesn't clean the body 100% because not all "bad things" in the body is being cleaned out as some substances are getting a build-up over time which causes a long-term destruction in the body and I am just praying not to get much trouble out of it.

I'm praying that you have an increased appetite so you can eat atleast twice in a day. And you're right, it's true that certain things can dramatically build up in one's system and not pose any immediate consequences while waiting for a long-term disaster.
