Authors Will Going To Get Slashed 35% With Their Rewards With The STEEM Hard Fork 21
I had awoken prematurely and decided not to sleep some more and I do not know today if it will going to be hot with regards to weather but since it is supposed to be a wet and rainy season here I might expect rains in the late afternoon. It is hard to invest on your time and just getting a meager returns but at least there is some way for me to earn and I enjoy it too.
I have a trouble in my schedule and it is because of my effort to chase some money. I am still on my efforts for my goal and it seems to be getting harder especially with this coming HardFork21 where they will going to slash the author's payout with additional 35% which for me will add more burden for me because I can't imagine my hard-earned money going away.
My reason for not agreeing about the proposed EIP is that whales or large stake holders need not to chop their votes into smaller pieces for distribution but instead will remain in their voting habits. There is no such thing as "curate more" because curation even for big stake holders is limited, we all can just curate ten 100% vote power or twenty 50% voting power per day.
So do they mean that large stake holders would go out and go and find good content out there to "Curate more" ? I do not think that will happen. Even in PALnet that doesn't and is not happening. So this EIP proposal is only a way for large people in steem to sell more because they will earn more and thus bring the sell pressure for steem and putting a barrier on it not to go high but instead will make it more cheaper than its current price.

Less than 20 of the over 200 people I followed since I started are active in the last month. I followed them because I loved their content, and now I never see anything from most of them.
Does anybody really believe reducing the author reward will encourage people to become active content creators? I think they may say they believe it because they really don't care about the people as much as they care about the money.
My prediction is the hard fork will happen, or another fork with a worse reward plan. When this scheme fails and the people who supported the hard fork lose a ton of money because activity and value goes down, they will blame the community for abandoning them, instead of realizing it was them who failed the community.
Yes, it is very disheartening but at least there are steem-engine tribes to help soften the blow of this for elite only HF21.

I have a question about tagging.
With all of the reward tribes now offering coins on posts, I am having trouble keeping track of how to assure the best rewards for every post. Last time I forgot to include PALNET. Doh! Once it's posted, I think adding the tag in later doesn't count, right?
I never did receive my palnet airdrop. Think I never will. Have to content myself with PAL my current posts are earning. We're all starting small, so no worries.
Do tags have to be included as one of the main five primary tags in order to receive a reward? I often add many #additional #relevant #tags in my posts within the actual content text. Sometimes they seem to trigger rewards, but not always.
I had never heard of a tribe that rewards #creative, or do they only reward #creatives? I'll give it try next time I do a bonsai post. I have seen rewards for #art and #artzone.
July has been an exciting month here on the steem blockchain with all of the new reward options coming in.
You just need to add relevant tags, for example do not use steemleo tag for your post because steemleo is about post for investment , money, all about money.
If you had added #palnet tag here in you comment you would have received some curation reward from my upvote. :D

Let this work come first out and be up some one month... then we see how this all start work :) at the same time, it makes me happy that they always try something new, but soon we see what go happen.

It doesn't matter who is selling. One big sale of 100k or 1000 small sales of 100 steem or 100k sales of 1 steem. It'll have the same effect.
