Bitcoin Bull Run 2020: Should We Cash Cash Out?

This year had started as a pain for me because as the year is changing I am in real agony about my Appendicitis which I have no clue at that moment that I had. Fortunately it got detected via CT scan and got resolved fast.

Now as for the crypto world it is going on great because BTC is in its expected Bull run because of the halving event in May. We certainly do not know how high it will go because of so many factors including Political like what had happened in Russia's government where the whole government resigned, there is also the factor of war between the US and Iran, then the Bitcoin hash rate skyrocketing, the rumor of Chinese miners collecting a relatively cheaper BTC, etc.

For me of course I like this thing to happen, sometimes my greed is so much that I do not want to cash out yet and wait for the highest peak possible before cashing out. But I do have some medical needs to path-up too so I do needed to take some profits which is the reason I am working online rather than just trying to wait and wait like an onion peeled until I die waiting and leaving all these behind.

With BTC going up and possibly some of the altcoins as well soon, like what happened in the 2017 (I hope), my medical goals gets nearer and near to me. Wow that is like a dream already that would come into a reality. I am thanking God beforehand because it will mean that I will at least feel much better and my condition will not get worse.

But I still have many things to correct in my body, it needs surgical intervention, I am talking about my face and mouth in particular because it is hard to chew while sitting or standing -up, my mouth in particular needs to be corrected. But for now I am targeting about my Parathyroid problem, after that I will just see what I can do for myself with God in my life and cryptos in my side.
